HOW DO I ORDER?
Submit an inquiry on the appropriate custom order page from the menu. I will send you an invoice if I am able to accept your order. Orders of $150 or less must be paid in full to secure date, otherwise a 50% deposit is required. After the deposit is paid we will discuss design and color ideas and options to create the perfect set for you and your event.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?
I need a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Even then this will not guarantee that I have availability, so the sooner you order the better! A rush fee of 25% will be added to orders placed within 2 weeks of event date. As a reminder, the form you fill out is an order REQUEST form. I cannot guarantee I will be available especially for orders with less than 2 weeks notice but I will do my best to fit your order into my schedule.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Orders canceled within 72 hrs of event date are not refundable.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes! Delivery fee of $1 per mile round trip; $10 minimum.
WHAT IS THE ORDER MINIMUM?
Cookies are priced by the dozen and therefore the minimum order size is one dozen.
WHY AREN'T ALL COOKIE SETS THE SAME PRICE?
All orders are original designs designed and created 100% by hand. Price per dozen is completely dependent upon design and complexity. If you have ANY questions at all please reach out via email my website or social media BEFORE submitting the order request form and placing you deposit.
