HOW DO I ORDER?
Please submit an inquiry on the appropriate custom order page from the menu. I will send you an invoice if I am able to accept your order. Orders of $150 or less must be paid in full to secure date, otherwise a 50% deposit is required. Once design and price are agreed upon an invoice will be sent, invoices must be paid within 48hrs to avoid date and time slot to be released.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?
I need a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Even then this will not guarantee that I have availability, so the sooner you order the better! A rush fee of 25% will be added to orders placed within 2 weeks of event date. As a reminder, the form you fill out is an order REQUEST form. I cannot guarantee I will be available especially for orders with less than 2 weeks notice but I will do my best to fit your order into my schedule.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Orders canceled within 07 days of event date are not refundable.

HOW DO I TRANSPORT MY CAKE?
Car air conditioning should be turned up all the way as cold as possible prior to pickup. Cakes MUST be placed on a flat surface such as the floor of the car. Cakes should NEVER be placed on the seat.

I PICKED UP MY ORDER BUT WHEN ARRIVED AT MY DESTINATION THE CAKE AND/OR COOKIES ARE DAMAGED. CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
Delivery is always recommended, therefore no refunds will be issued on orders that are damaged after pickup. 

DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes! Delivery fee of $1.25 per mile round trip from Manalapan NJ ; $10 minimum.

WHAT IS THE ORDER MINIMUM?
Cookies are priced by the dozen, the minimum order size is two dozen. Please note that you may choose 1 flavor per two dozen. 

WHY AREN'T ALL COOKIE SETS THE SAME PRICE?
All orders are original designs designed and created 100% by hand. Price per dozen is completely dependent upon design and complexity. If you have ANY questions at all please reach out via email my website.
